The ApHogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor can be described as a poly peptide handling. I don't like to recommend products to people except they really want me to (because so many different factors) merely this is definitely 1 I encourage people to try.

This review was a little weird to write, lol. The first time I used this production, I was in uni, transitioning to natural hair. I am reviewing information technology now, virtually 5 years later, imagine that! I picked information technology up once more a couple months agone considering my pilus needed strengthening and I have to say that ApHogee has still got it!

Worth noting: This list has many ingredients that aren't piece of cake to pronounce lol. It is worth noting that this is a water based conditioner (water is the start ingredient), and it contains fat alcohols, fatty acids and quats, moisturising ingredients commonly constitute in conditioners. It has proteins- hydrolyzed keratin and amino acids.

It has a silicone (amodimethicone) and parabens too.

Packaging

This product has been in the same canteen since I got to know information technology v years ago. It has a light, pleasant smell that does non linger. I'm willing to bet that yous would not dislike it!

The texture is like a thick lotion.

How to Use/ How I Use

With protein treatments, delight please, follow instructions for utilise. ApHogee has a whole bunch of products- even a line for natural pilus- but I'd say their street cred is mostly in the poly peptide treatments.

MeeMee wrote nearly her experience with the much much stronger ApHogee ii Step Handling Here. It stopped her coloured hair breakage instantly. While that ane is a bit of a long process, this particular reconstructor I'one thousand reviewing today is very simple. The instructions are to: Put in freshly washed hair, leave in for 2 minutes and rinse with warm water.

NOW. It definitely doesn't take me 2 minutes to put product in my pilus. This is a conditioner so, I use it after shampooing and I like to detangle while applying conditioner.

I know I said follow instructions, only every bit your trusty guinea grunter, I can tell y'all that from my experience, it is okay to leave the Reconstructor in for a bit longer. I smooth it into my hair and so detangle. Past the fourth dimension I'one thousand done with comb detangling my unabridged head department by section, I wait two-5 minutes and then rinse.

This product says to rinse with warm h2o and so I practice this, merely I still follow upward with a cold water rinse later, to close my cuticles.

My Feel

The first time I bought this, it was on a recommendation from my friend, Ebun. My hair had started breaking a lot and I needed a set. I got this and it fixed my breakage forreal forreal.

The final fourth dimension I got this was in September. I had been experiencing fifty-fifty more breakage than usual, so I took to ApHogee again. Isn't this a wow? This is all the pilus I lost Subsequently twisting my pilus. The amount of hair loss I used to feel for this used to be like half of the hair in my palm in the Before photograph, and so this is a lot of progress. ApHogee notwithstanding got it!

One thing I dearest about this product is that it reduces washday time for me considering I don't need to have it marinating in my hair for 45 minutes.

The slip is okay. Information technology isn't the greatest, but after smoothing it into my hair and leaving it on for a flake, I find that my hair is easier to detangle.

If you are dealing with breakage, I propose you start with this Reconstructor. It is rubber for use on all hair types. It was really formulated for relaxed, bleached or damaged pilus, but many naturals trust it to deliver. If your breakage is very very much, or still persists, you may want to pull out the stops and get for the 2-Step Treatment.

P.S. Using this product doesn't mean you can do annihilation to your hair o. If you use this to strengthen your hair, your hair will notwithstanding break if you rummage it recklessly. If your pilus is super damaged, this production can help you manage the damage but y'all're going to have to let go of the damaged bits eventually.
